Hello there! I'm Shelby Jackson, a systems and community designer who enjoys building people-centered infrastructure for the progressive movement.

I have over a decade of combined start-up nonprofit and social justice movement building experience spanning operations, administration, finance, communications, development, data and technology.

I've found existing nonprofit software to be cumbersome and limiting and the customizable software too expensive and impractical. Especially when it comes to operationalizing emerging strategies that go beyond what traditional nonprofit and grantmaking software and CRMs are designed for.

I use low code/no-code tools to help build custom solutions for nonprofits and funders, as well as community organizers, social justice movement leaders, philanthropic strategists and political advisors. I've designed grantmaking systems, advising dashboards, grantee portals, internal team knowledge hubs, CRMs and more.
