Streamlining Your Business specializes in designing and automating workflows to increase productivity and profitability. We do this by reviewing current business processes and workflows, including “discovery meetings” with the client, carefully listening and stepping through your current systems, documenting how it works, what doesn’t work, and how it should work.
In addition to designing and implementing business workflows for business, my professional experience includes marketing, implementing and supporting multi-user, multi-location practice management software and electronic health record solutions for physicians, and also project management, including requirements definition, analysis, project design, coding and modifications, testing, deployment and maintenance.
